Science & Technology Management

Purpose of the Program:

Science and Technology Management provides hands-on learning in engineering, math, business law and ethics classes to create a broad, strategic perspective of business and technical principles to develop proficiencies in overall management of resources. The program educates students in the broad range of disciplines needed to understand how to appropriately manage a large scale business with concentrations in Logistics and Materials and Supply Chain. Students will be trained to combine data-driven analysis with a mastery of business so they can improve efficiency, negotiate cost, quantify risk, develop software and maximize resources.

Graduate will know and be able to do:

  1. Identify problems and develop and communicate solutions to correct the root cause.
  2. Demonstrate how to effectively be part of a team.
  3. Utilize tools, techniques and skills to create original ideas.
  4. Recognize ethical, legal and environmental implications in decision making.
