Course Description: This course focuses on the implementation of logic devices, MOSFET’s, and BJT’s. Students will analyze logic families including NMOS, CMOS, and TTL. The fundamentals of digital memory circuits are also covered. Prerequisites: EEL 3112 - Circuits 2 and EEL 3702 - Digital Logic Design
