CIS 5910 - Research Methods in CS

Course Description: This course will teach quantitative and qualitative research methods in today’s Academia. Students will also learn valuable skills in searching for peer-reviewed papers, managing bibliographies, and effectively preparing a document for presentation. During the semester, the students will set up hypothetical experiments, outline publications, and be ready to create a thesis proposal.
Prerequisites: Permission from VP of Academic Affairs or Designee
