MAC 2311 - Analytic Geometry and Calculus 1 Credits: 4
Course Description: This course is an introduction to analytic geometry; limits; continuity; differentiation of algebraic, trigonometric, exponential and logarithmic functions; applications of the derivative; inverse trigonometric functions; differentials; introduction to integration; and the fundamental theorem of calculus. Prerequisites: Any of the following:
a grade of C in a MAC course numbered 1147 or higher
IB credit for a MAC course numbered 1147 or higher.
Any course grades, AP or IB scores used to meet this prerequisite must be on file by registration.
