EGN 5975 - Thesis 2 Credits: 3
Course Description: Students will explore and conduct original research on a topic, under the guidance of a faculty member, in a selected concentration. The thesis project should make a significant contribution to the body of knowledge of the field. The student must submit a thesis proposal approved by a thesis committee and must successfully defend the work in a public venue. The thesis should facilitate engagement with both academic and professional communities, and STEM related industries. The work should contribute to the respective knowledge bases of the communities and fields. A successful thesis will explore, evaluate and extend creative uses of emerging methods, models and processes. Prerequisites: EGN 5970 Thesis 1
