Course Description: The course introduces how computers see and interpret the visual world and how this interpretation can be used to enhance game play experience. Topics covered: projections and coordinate systems, camera modeling, stereo vision, edge detection, filtering, segmentation, optical flow, motion vision, color vision, object representation, face recognition, object recognition. Prerequisites: MAS 3114 - Computational Linear Algebra and ( COP 3415 - Data Structures or COP 3530 - Data Structures & Algorithms )
